I have been designing for around five years now and it's something I slipped into without intention. It started when I met a girl (now an amazing friend) on myspace. She ran a fansite and after watching her site for a little while I really wanted to get into it, so I contacted her and we got talking. I began my own fansite on myspace and before long I had about twenty fansites on the go. Although I adored making the fansites and supporting people I enjoyed making and designing the fansites the most. The editing of the images and building the layout really got me addicted. Thats where my first site came into it all, I had a site called sourgrapes for a few months before lollipops, then I moved onto my first site that had a sub-domain and that was SoOrganicLayouts. I had this site for a couple of years, working from a sub-domain from lytsplus, before buying my first ever domain so-lyts.com. This ran for a couple of years...before I purchased a hosting website - runawaydolls.net. Then as my hosting for so-lyts came to a close I 'retired' from the site world. Planning on taking a few months leave and just time to something else. But before I knew it, I was editing small things when I was online and found it difficult to just stop designing. So i kept it up and within a couple of weeks I came up with my new site name 'PoutBox'. This was a site I used for almost a year, in fact while typing this PoutBox is still up and running, but with a link back to adorebelle.
UPDATE: As of January 15th 2012, I moved domains. I continue to host websites through adorebelle.net, this website (esquirelyts) is for resources.
